Setting: Research Sector, The Palace, Zuraden, Zenik

[Buzz and Roy stand opposite the head scientist of the sector in his office. Buzz is uncomfortable.]

Scientist: Mr. Clarwin! And… Your Majesty?

Roy: Hey.

Scientist: Hm, right. You two are best friends, I suppose it-moving on! Welcome! I’m the Head Scientist at the Palace, call me Dr. Erilzen. Now, we’ve got quite some interesting news for you in regards to your discovery! And some requests, but we’ll get to that.

Buzz: Discovery? 

Scientist: Your mixie! Absolutely fascinating! Mixed bloods are so rare, I’m sure you know. Can’t find em in most countries, what with the strict breeding laws. Used to be the only way you could get a mixed blood was through the people farms, until those were outlawed of course. Shame, really-their DNA is invaluable in understanding elemental genetics!

[Buzz looks disgusted]

Roy: I thought the boy was with the Medics.

Scientist: Huh?
